Highlights include Gentleman Jim with rye whiskey, a blend of vermouths, bay leaf, celery and cardamom; Paisano with house olive oil vodka, Manzanilla, orange bitters and basil oil, poured over a green tomato ice rosette; and Smoking Gun with gin, Avèze, Cocchi Americano, melon, and smoked bitters.
