Crafted by Beverage Consultant Kenneth Vanhooser (The Nomad, Boulud Sud, Eleven Madison Park, Present Tense), Four Walls signature cocktails range from light and refreshing to moody and spirited. Highlights include Gentleman Jim with rye whiskey, a blend of vermouths, bay leaf, celery and cardamom; Paisano with house olive oil vodka, Manzanilla, orange bitters and basil oil, poured over a green tomato ice rosette; and Smoking Gun with gin, Avèze, Cocchi Americano, melon, and smoked bitters.
