Available Wednesday through Saturday from 5 pm to 12 am.

 

Highlights from Volume 4 include Velvet Reserve, a spiced cognac cocktail with sandalwood and tonka bean bitters; Feathered Edge, where duck fat-washed mezcal meets apricot and gochujang; and Grandy's Flip, a cream cheese-washed bourbon drink with turmeric and brûléed banana. Each cocktail is crafted with house infusions and an irreverent spirit — refined, playful, and wholly Four Walls.
