As the day continues, Yolan offers weekday lunch shaped by the same regional inspiration and precision found in its evening service. In the late afternoon, Aperitivo at Yolan invites guests to unwind with the timeless Italian ritual of gathering before dinner. Begin with Arancini alla Fontina, crisp Acquerello rice croquettes filled with creamy Fontina and finished with bright salsa verde — a perfect dish for sharing at the table. For a comforting centerpiece, enjoy Lobster Orecchiette, our house-made pasta paired with Maine lobster and a rich blend of cheeses, finished with focaccia breadcrumbs and fresh chives. For dolci, Pastry Chef Janrich Amaro presents Strawberry Shortcake Tiramisu, layered with mascarpone cream, strawberry compote, and delicate savoiardi.

These limited-time offerings highlight bright citrus, delicate florals, and vibrant seasonal flavors. Decadent pastries include a Crème Brûlée Brioche with yogurt and brûléed sugar, a Pistachio-Orange Supreme layered with orange mascarpone cream, and Torta al Limone with lemon génoise, mascarpone, and blueberry compote. Spring-inspired beverages complement the selection, such as an Orange Blossom Espresso Tonic, a refreshing Green Apple-Matcha Spritz, and a fragrant Lavender-Matcha Latte.
