Delight in the New World tradition of "La Vigilia" and experience a five-course seafood extravaganza, paying homage to the bountiful coastline of Southern Italy in celebration of Christmas Eve. Featuring modern presentations, each dish, such as Linguine alle Vongole with mussels, clams, parsley, and bottarga, and Lobster Risotto alla Milanese with saffron, parsley, features an exciting offering from the sea, before finishing with extraordinary holiday dolci.

This New Year's Eve, Yolan invites you on a culinary voyage across Italy's storied regions. Each course offers a refined homage — from the forested hills of Tuscany to the Venetian canals of Veneto, from the saffron-rich traditions of Piemonte to Umbria's celebrated white truffles.

Two tasting formats are available: a five-course experience presented at 5 pm and 8 pm, and an eight-course journey offered exclusively at 8 pm. Highlights include hand-cut steak tartare crowned with Oscietra caviar, delicate tajarin infused with saffron, and risotto layered with aged Parmigiano Reggiano and white truffle. Celebrate the turning of the year with a menu that captures the richness of tradition and the exuberance of the season.
