Epicurean Moment: A Toast to Five Years

Each day during our fifth anniversary week, guests are invited to pause for an Epicurean Moment inspired by the traditional symbol of wood. This special offering in the lobby features a tasting of dry-aged bistecca from Yolan — seared over Tennessee oak for a subtle infusion of smoke — paired with Aldo Clerico Barolo 2016, a wine matured in both barrique and large-format oak barrels. The pairing honors both the elemental technique of open flame and the depth of our Italian heritage — a celebration of five years, expressed through flavor.
