Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Sicily, this hands-on pasta class explores Pasta alla Norma, a beloved dish originating in Catania at the foot of Mount Etna. Guided by Chef de Cuisine Liam Byres, guests will prepare fresh pasta by hand while learning the classic ingredients and techniques behind this timeless Sicilian specialty, featuring tomato, fried eggplant, basil, and ricotta salata. Each participant will make their own fresh pasta to take home. Following the class, guests will enjoy a three-course lunch featuring seasonal salad, house-prepared Pasta alla Norma, dessert, and curated wine pairings.
