Hosted inside Yolan’s kitchen, this hands-on pasta class explores the traditions of Sardegna through spizzulus, a rare Sardinian pasta shape once common across the island and now seldom seen. Guided by Yolan’s culinary team, guests will learn to prepare fresh pasta dough and master the technique behind shaping spizzulus by hand, then enjoy the pasta served with summer pesto and anchovies. Following the lesson, guests will take home their handmade pasta and enjoy a three-course lunch featuring salad, spizzulus prepared by the culinary team, dessert, and wine pairings.
